Services / Session Types
Each of our classes are led by one or more of our professional coaches. Each day on our Facebook Page, we post a Workout of the Day (WOD). The daily WOD is a variation of movements that involve weight-lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Do not feel intimidated if you are unable to execute the program as written. All programs can be modified by scaling (reducing) load and intensity, all ability levels are encouraged and welcome!
CrossFit RNA Cambridge classes require membership. Membership rates are determined by the number of classes you intend to participate in each week and how long you wish to join for. We do not require a joining fees or admin fees (we hate hidden fees!) all is made very clear :)

Flexibility/mobility restrictions lead to poor mechanical positions in the gym and in life and when unaddressed low quality movement patterns inevitably lead to nagging pain and injury. Pure laziness, and/or lack of time, often prevents us from dealing with these issues. The mobility classes use stretch bands, lacrosse balls and everything in between to get you moving pain free.
Seminars and Specialist Classes
We will be holding seminars and specialist classes periodically in addition to our regular class and training options. Be it a lecture on nutrition, a class on kettlebells, a gymnastics workshop, a rowing clinic, or an Olympic weightlifting seminar.
